Code gets old

November 7, 2016

I’ve been programming quite a bit lately. I think it is as flawed as the people that wrote it.

A simple website requires many moving parts from two categories: hardware and software.

The concept of the physical aspects of technology such as wires and circuit boards deteriorating is easy to grasp, but code breaks down too. The dialects of code are endless. My website is written in 5 languages. New ones are created every day. When one updates the others no longer understand and need modification. Code has to be tightened up or becomes bloated with time.

If not, before you know it …
