My direction is a reflection of my vision

March 13, 2017

Riding motorcycles have been the most exhilarating experiences in my life. I learned early that they operate on a pendulum effect. I do not turn a motorcycle around a corner, I play with the pendulum.

When making a left turn for example, I push down on the left side of the handlebar and the bike leans left. As I hit the apex of the bend, I wind up the throttle and thanks to the pendulum, the bike stands up straight again. The key, and hardest part to making this happen, is looking where I want to go and trusting everything else will work out.
